- Looking for Parts –

1. To begin, please click on the “Parts Diagrams” link in the top header to go to our repository of DJI AGRAS Parts Diagrams.
2. Click on which excel spreadsheet you need and open .
3. Copy the part number you need and click on the “Part Number Search” link in the top header, and Paste it into the Part Number Field. Press Search.
4. The part you are looking for will then be displayed with pricing, and real-time stock availability from our Australian based warehouse.
5. Add the parts required to your cart and checkout when you are ready.
6. If you have not already created an account you will be prompted to do so.

- Shipping -

Shipping will be calculated after you have checked out and your order has been processed by our warehouse.
You will be contacted via email to inform you of the shipping costs (unless otherwise requested) and once you have agreed your credit card or account will be charged.

- Credit Card Payments -

Your credit card details are not stored online and any payments are processed offline and securely.

- Creating your Account -

When creating your account you will be asked to enter your payment details as the system does not know who you are.
If you are an account customer your account will be aligned during your order is being processed offline.
Once this process has gone through the cycle once, you will no longer need to enter card details.
